Made to order decks take anywhere from a few days to two weeks for processing depending on order volume. After your board is complete it will take an additional 3-8 business days to arrive domestically. International shipping times can vary from 1-3 weeks. If any premade decks are ordered with any made to order decks then your order will not ship until all decks are completed.

International orders may be charged a fee or tariff from customs for package pickup.  

All sales final. If your deck has a manufacturing defect or if your item is lost in transit you may request a full refund by emailing devisefingerboards@gmail.com. The item must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund. All inquiries please email us and we will be happy to review your order. 

If your order has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it you will need to contact your local post office and follow their suggested steps. They will direct you to check in with your neighbors plus on their end they will double check with the driver. If the problem is not resolved they will allow you to file a claim with them at their website.
