Made to order decks take anywhere from a few days to two weeks for processing depending on order volume. After your board is complete it will take an additional 3-8 business days to arrive domestically. International shipping times can vary from 1-3 weeks. If any premade decks are ordered with any made to order decks then your order will not ship until all decks are completed.

International orders may be charged a fee from customs for package pickup.  

All sales final. If your deck has a manufacturing defect or if you are not satisfied with your order then you may request a full refund by emailing devisefingerboards@gmail.com. The item must be returned in new condition to receive a full refund. All inquiries please email us and we will be happy to review your order.
